Below is the Math AGENDA for the week of Monday January 31 - Friday February 4 for my Grade 8 & 9 Math classes: Grade 8 Monday January 31  - No School today.  Tuesday February 1 -  Hey everyone, welcome back I hope you all had a nice long weekend. Today we are working in section 4.3, and we'll be looking at finding the percent of a number. We'll be using two strategies. 1) Mental Math, 2) Using an algorithm to calculate the percent of a number. Below is the Math AGENDA for the week of Monday January 17 - Friday January 21 for my Grade 8 & 9 Math classes: Grade 8 Monday January 17  -  Hey everyone, today we are starting section 9.3 and we'll be looking at using a formula to graph the relationship. In order to do this, you take the formula and  build a table  and choose some numbers to put in the table of values.
