Grade 8
Monday November 8 - Hey guys, today we are looking at developing the specific formula to calculate the volume of a triangular prism. Moreover, we will be looking at calculating the volume of a triangular prism.

Today's activity is on Pg 259 (#7-10)
Tuesday November 9 - Hey everyone, today we are using class time as a work-period to wrap up section 7.2. We are working on calculating the volume of different prisms and applying strategies to solve problems that involve volume.

Today's activity is on Pg 260 (#11-20, 22,24)
Wednesday November 10 - Today there are Remembrance Day activities taking place in the morning. If you have Math in the afternoon, we will be using class time to wrap up any previous math work and working on extra-practice math worksheets.
Thursday November 11 - Today is Remembrance Day, and there is no school.

Monday November 8 - Hey everyone, today we are using class time as a work-period to wrap up section 5.1 application questions.
Today's activity is on Pg 181 (#24 - 31)
Tuesday November 9 - Hi everyone, today we are starting section 5.2, and we'll be looking at deconstructing terms into its parts. Furthermore, we will be looking at what defines LIKED TERMS. We'll also be learning how to determine like terms within a group of terms.
