Monday May 10 - Hey everyone, today we are wrapping up the notes on Section 1.2 and we are looking at distorting bar graphs. We will do this by: changing the size of the BARS that you are drawing which in turn changes the AREA of the bars hence giving a distortion.

Wednesday May 12 - Hey everyone, today we are starting section 1.3 and we're looking at critiquing graphs and learning about STACKED BAR GRAPHS.

Monday May 10 - Hey everyone, today we are wrapping up notes on section 4.2, and we'll be looking at how to determine the scale factor from a given situation.

Tuesday May 11 - Hey everyone, today we are using class time as a work-period to wrap up the questions in section 4.2.

Today's activity is on Pg 143 (#15 - 22)
Wednesday May 12 - Hey everyone, today we are starting section 4.3 and we're reviewing how to write angles using two methods. Moreover, we are looking at the meaning of corresponding angles and corresponding side lengths. We will also be looking at proving when 2 triangles are SIMILAR. In order to prove they are similar you have to prove that the corresponding angles are equal OR prove that the corresponding side lengths are proportional.
