Monday April 12 - Hey everyone, today we are writing the Chapter 5 QUIZ. All the best!
Tuesday April 13 - Hey everyone, today are wrapping up the notes on section 5.4. We are looking at applying the surface area of a cylinder (in diagram form and net form) and applying the strategies to find the surface area of cylinders through word-problems.
Please refer to the section 5.4 NOTES in the gr. 8 notes tab on my Blog for details and for review.
Today's activity is on Pg 186 (#6 -12)
Wednesday April 14 - Hey everyone, today we are using class time to work on the Chapter 5 Review:
Today's activity is on Pg 188 (#1 - 19), if you are not done in class you can have some time in class tomorrow to work on it.
Thursday April 15 - Hi everyone, today we are working on the Chapter 5 Practice Test if you are done the Ch. 5 Review.
The activity is on Pg 190 (#1 - 11)
Friday April 16 - Hi everyone, we are wrapping up Chapter 5 (Surface Area). You can be working on:
1) The Chapter 5 Practice Test Pg 190 (#1-11)
2) Extra-Practice Worksheets, you will receive these in class (*optional)
3) Get organized, and/or study for the Chapter 5 Unit Test
A reminder that the Chapter 5 UNIT TEST is on Monday April 19.
